Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, we are not the official store, manufacturer, or authorized representative of the brands featured on our website.

All brand names, trademarks, character images, product designs, and other intellectual property belong to their respective brand owners or lawful rights holders.

2. Product Information

Some products sold through our store are collectible models, figures, and other collectible items. Certain products may be offered on a pre-order, sourcing, or dropshipping basis.

Actual products may reasonably differ from website information due to manufacturing processes, production batches, packaging updates, or supplier changes.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, images, dimensions, colors, packaging, and other product information are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that the actual product will be exactly identical to the images or descriptions displayed on our website.

3. Product Images, Colors, and Appearance

Due to photography lighting, shooting angles, camera settings, and differences in the display settings of phones, computers, and monitors, the actual product may appear slightly different from the images shown on our website in terms of color, brightness, details, or overall appearance.

Minor variations may also occur between production batches due to hand-painting, hand-assembly, manufacturing processes, or other normal production characteristics.

These differences are considered normal visual or production variations and do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

4. Normal Characteristics of Collectible Models

Collectible models may have minor color variations, small paint marks, minor paint imperfections, mold lines, small assembly gaps, or other normal manufacturing and assembly characteristics.

For collectible models, these minor characteristics are generally considered part of the normal production process and do not necessarily constitute manufacturing defects.

5. Age Requirement

Some products contain small parts and are primarily intended for adult collectors.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, we recommend that these collectible models not be used or handled by children under 14 years of age.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for the intended user.

6. Order Processing

After payment is confirmed, we generally require up to 7 business days to source, verify, package, and prepare your order for shipment.

Business days do not include weekends or applicable public holidays.

Because some products are handled on a pre-order, sourcing, or dropshipping basis, we do not guarantee that every product will be physically in stock when an order is placed.

7. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an address is invalid, incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable, we may contact the customer for clarification or cancel the order if the issue cannot be resolved.

Any additional costs or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.

8. International Shipping

For most destinations, the estimated international transit time is approximately 25–35 business days after dispatch.

This is an estimated transit time only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping may be delayed by flight changes, customs inspections, quarantine procedures, weather, holidays, local logistics conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. DAP and Import Charges

Orders are generally shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

The order price does not normally include import duties, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, handling fees, or other local import charges that may apply in the destination country.

Customers are responsible for applicable import-related charges under the regulations of their destination country.

The amount and method of collection may vary depending on the destination country, product, order value, and local regulations.

10. Order Cancellation

Customers may contact us to request cancellation if an order has not yet entered the sourcing, packaging, or shipping process.

Once an order has entered the sourcing, packaging, or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please submit cancellation requests as soon as possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

For issues confirmed to be within our responsibility, our liability will generally be limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant order.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from shipping delays, customs processing, local carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, logistics services, product information, or applicable laws.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

After payment is confirmed, we generally require up to 7 business days to source, verify, package, and prepare your order for shipment.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided through the contact information associated with your order.

2. International Shipping Time

For most destinations, estimated international transit time is approximately 25–35 business days after dispatch.

This is an estimated transit time only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, flight changes, weather, holidays, quarantine procedures, or local logistics conditions in the destination country.

3. DAP and Import Charges

Customers are responsible for applicable import-related charges under the regulations of their destination country.

If customs authorities or the local carrier require payment of applicable charges, customers are responsible for completing the payment as required to avoid potential delivery delays, return-to-sender situations, or other shipping issues.

4. Packaging

We take reasonable measures to protect products before shipment based on the nature of each item.

Because international shipments may be subject to handling, pressure, impact, and movement during transit, the outer packaging may arrive with minor dents, scratches, creases, or deformation.

Minor damage to the outer packaging alone, where the product itself remains intact, generally does not qualify as product damage eligible for compensation.

If the main product is significantly damaged during transit, please contact us and follow the claim process described in our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Shipping Issues

If tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, shows an unusual status, or you experience another delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assist with tracking inquiries based on the available shipping information.

Because international shipments involve multiple logistics providers, customs authorities, and local delivery services, certain delays or processing times may be beyond our reasonable control.

Refund & Return Policy

Some of our products are collectible models, pre-order items, or products sourced specifically after an order is placed. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. When You May Request After-Sales Support

You may contact us if your order arrives with:

Significant physical damage to the main model caused during transit;
A clear manufacturing defect; or
An item that is materially different from what you ordered.

We may request supporting evidence to properly review the issue.

2. Claim Time Limit and Evidence

If your item arrives damaged or has another significant issue, please contact us within 48 hours after the package is marked as delivered.

We may ask you to provide:

Photos of the outer shipping package;
Photos of the entire product;
Clear photos or videos of the damaged area;
A complete unboxing video; and
Your order information or other information reasonably required to review the claim.

A complete unboxing record can help us determine whether the issue occurred during transit or after the package was received.

Failure to provide the necessary information within the applicable time period may affect our ability to review and process the claim.

3. Situations Generally Not Eligible for Refunds or Compensation

The following situations generally do not qualify for a refund, return, or compensation:

Minor dents, scratches, creases, or deformation to the outer shipping packaging when the model itself remains intact;
Minor color differences caused by photography, lighting, display settings, or screen differences;
Minor color variations between different production batches;
Minor paint marks, paint imperfections, mold lines, or assembly gaps that are normal characteristics of collectible models;
Normal variations resulting from hand-assembly or hand-painting;
A change of mind, personal preference, or simply not liking the product; or
Issues caused by an incorrect shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay applicable import charges.

4. Return Conditions

If we determine that an order qualifies for a return, we will provide specific return instructions.

Unless the issue was directly caused by our incorrect handling or inadequate packaging, return shipping costs will generally be the customer's responsibility.

Returned products should be unused and, where possible, include their original packaging, accessories, and components.

Missing parts, accessories, or original packaging, as well as additional damage, may affect the final refund amount.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers may contact us to request cancellation if an order has not yet entered the sourcing, packaging, or shipping process.

Once an order has entered the sourcing, packaging, or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please submit cancellation requests as soon as possible.

6. Refund Processing

For refunds that require the product to be returned, we will process the refund after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or card issuer.

If a return is not required, we will process the agreed resolution once the claim has been reviewed and confirmed.

7. Customs and Import Charges

Under our DAP shipping terms, applicable import duties, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, and other local import charges are the customer's responsibility.

If a package is returned, held, or incurs additional charges because the customer did not pay applicable charges, refused customs clearance, or failed to comply with destination-country import requirements, such circumstances generally do not qualify as shipping damage eligible for a refund.
