Welcome to our website. By accessing our website, using our services, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, as well as our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
1. Our Services
We provide purchasing, sourcing, order processing, packaging, and international shipping services for collectible models and related products for customers worldwide.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, we are not the official store, manufacturer, or authorized representative of the brands featured on our website.
All brand names, trademarks, character images, product designs, and other intellectual property belong to their respective brand owners or lawful rights holders.
2. Product Information
Some products sold through our store are collectible models, figures, and other collectible items. Certain products may be offered on a pre-order, sourcing, or dropshipping basis.
Actual products may reasonably differ from website information due to manufacturing processes, production batches, packaging updates, or supplier changes.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, images, dimensions, colors, packaging, and other product information are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that the actual product will be exactly identical to the images or descriptions displayed on our website.
3. Product Images, Colors, and Appearance
Due to photography lighting, shooting angles, camera settings, and differences in the display settings of phones, computers, and monitors, the actual product may appear slightly different from the images shown on our website in terms of color, brightness, details, or overall appearance.
Minor variations may also occur between production batches due to hand-painting, hand-assembly, manufacturing processes, or other normal production characteristics.
These differences are considered normal visual or production variations and do not necessarily indicate a product defect.
4. Normal Characteristics of Collectible Models
Collectible models may have minor color variations, small paint marks, minor paint imperfections, mold lines, small assembly gaps, or other normal manufacturing and assembly characteristics.
For collectible models, these minor characteristics are generally considered part of the normal production process and do not necessarily constitute manufacturing defects.
5. Age Requirement
Some products contain small parts and are primarily intended for adult collectors.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, we recommend that these collectible models not be used or handled by children under 14 years of age.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for the intended user.
6. Order Processing
After payment is confirmed, we generally require up to 7 business days to source, verify, package, and prepare your order for shipment.
Business days do not include weekends or applicable public holidays.
Because some products are handled on a pre-order, sourcing, or dropshipping basis, we do not guarantee that every product will be physically in stock when an order is placed.
7. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
If an address is invalid, incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable, we may contact the customer for clarification or cancel the order if the issue cannot be resolved.
Any additional costs or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.
8. International Shipping
For most destinations, the estimated international transit time is approximately 25–35 business days after dispatch.
This is an estimated transit time only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping may be delayed by flight changes, customs inspections, quarantine procedures, weather, holidays, local logistics conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. DAP and Import Charges
Orders are generally shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
The order price does not normally include import duties, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, handling fees, or other local import charges that may apply in the destination country.
Customers are responsible for applicable import-related charges under the regulations of their destination country.
The amount and method of collection may vary depending on the destination country, product, order value, and local regulations.
10. Order Cancellation
Customers may contact us to request cancellation if an order has not yet entered the sourcing, packaging, or shipping process.
Once an order has entered the sourcing, packaging, or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Please submit cancellation requests as soon as possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
For issues confirmed to be within our responsibility, our liability will generally be limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant order.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from shipping delays, customs processing, local carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, logistics services, product information, or applicable laws.
Updated terms will be published on this website and will take effect from the date of publication.
